YIMBY is an event for community, by community. That’s why we’re inviting you to co-design the programming and interactive elements at this year’s festival. YIMBY 2015 will provide a space for groups and organizations to showcase their work and initiatives through interactive spaces at the YIMBY Festival.
If you’re an active group or organization, you can help shape YIMBY by:
Hosting a table
- Set up a table with your materials and share what you do, why you do it, and how YIMBY attendees can get involved
All YIMBY participants are invited to pre and post YIMBY sessions for intentional networking and workshop sessions that focus on establishing peer support systems, overcoming barriers, and identifying upcoming and ongoing opportunities and in the context of Toronto.
Volunteer with YIMBY
Volunteering with YIMBY will help you broaden your network, get a behind the scenes look at Festival planning, and play a crucial role in making this year’s YIMBY a success. If you’re passionate about making Toronto a better place and you have time and/or skills to contribute to YIMBY, we’d love to work with you.
